今天，我们要前往萧山军训大营，我们坐上了大巴车怀着期待来到了大本营，那里的一草一木都显得有军人的气概我们的教练穿的军装显得十分神气他将带领我们学习各种动作，各种体能训练。今天我们参加开营仪式，虽然天气很热但是我坚信自己不会晕倒，我会继续努力，看着我们的队伍中一个个同学晕倒，心里想他们一定在家里不训练，不锻炼所以坚持不了。中午我们吃完了饭开始了午休，睡完觉以后我们开始打扫寝室的卫生下午我们积极的参加下午的活动，有向右看齐，教练教我们剁脚时要响亮那时我觉得学习任何动作，都特别得累，但我都坚持下来了额头上全是汗，老师教我们站军姿，站军姿要挺胸收肚子两肩往后张，每次我们都站的衣服像放进水里的一样。
七天的生活，我仍记忆犹新。在这里，打扫寝室是每天的必要节目。老师们来检查我们的打扫结果，全是优。在这里，我学会了勤俭节约，体验了吃苦耐劳。
