计划要有明确的目的。

或者说按照目的制定计划。例如某人数学基础较差，他就制定数学复习计划，目的就在于加强数学基础，提高教学成绩。某人英语单词记不牢，他就要制定一个目的在于掌握单词的复习默写计划。计划的目的是根据各人自己的学习情况确定的。

要有学习内容和完成时间，也就是自己规定自己在某段时间内要做哪些事情。例如某人在自己的数学复习计划中，规定自己在初一升初二的暑假中，把小学数学和初一数学全面复习一遍，于是他就要把复习的内容排成序列，假期的时间也排成序列，然后再把这两个序列合成一张复习进度表。

要有保证完成学习任务的方法和措施。

例如怎样保证时间和精力的使用，如何避免干扰和克服困难等等。要想订好计划，还应注意以下问题。

(1)个人学习计划应服从于学校、班级的大计划。

两个计划的目的是一致的，在时间安排上可能有矛盾，个人计划活动时间只能在集体活动以外的时间安排。

(2)坚决保证常规学习时间，充分利用自由时间。

常规学习时间主要用来完成老师当天布置的学习任务，“消化”当天所学的新知识，在这部分时的内，由于任务驱使，一般同学基本上是能保证完成任务的，自由学习时间是指完成了老师布置的学习任务后所剩下的归自己支配的学习时间。在自由学习时间内，一般可以做两件事：补课和提高。补课，指弥补自己学习中的不足;提高，指深入钻研，发展自己学习的优势和特长。对学习较差的学生来讲，开始自由学习时间几乎没有或很少，以后随着学习水平的提高，常规学习时间会逐渐减少，自由学习时间会逐渐增加。由于开始时自由学习时间比较少，同学们往往不容易抓住它，这也正是他们学习被动局面难以改变的原因。一旦抓住并体会到自由学习时间给学习带来的好处，他们就会努力提高常规学习时间的效率，来增加自由学习时间，使自己掌握学习的主动权。

(3)长计划和短安排。

由于实际的学习生活千变万化，往往不好预测，所以长远计划不能订得太具体，不可能这个月就把下个月每天干什么全都列出来。但是，下个月在学习上应解决哪几个主要问题，心中应当有数。而本月的第一个星期要解决什么问题，第一个星期每天干什么，就应当具体些。这样安排以后，在每天学习时，心中就会明白今天的学习任务在学习全局中的地位，有了具体的短安排，长远计划中的任务可以逐步得到实现;有了长远计划，又可以在完成具体学习任务时，具有明确的学习目的。

(4)制定计划要从实际出发。

在制定汁划时不要脱离学习的实际情况。不少学生在制定计划时满腔热情，往往忽略了实际情况，结果实行起来就感到紧张、困难。什么是学习的实际呢?首先是自己的知识基础。基础好，就要拓宽加深进一步提高，基础差，就要查漏补缺巩固基础。其次是自己的接受能力。能做到什么程度就订到什么程度，任务不能太多，要求不可太高，应做到量力而行。第三是时间的实际。每个阶段，能提供自由学习的时间有多少，应量时而订。第四还要结合老师的教学进度而订，很多学生个人学习计划的“破产”，就是因为不了解老师教学进度的实际，而使自己安排的学习任务不是过紧就是过松，还会出现自己安排的学习内容和老师的教学内容相脱节的现象。

(5)计划要留有余地。

计划的活动内容和时间安排往往与后来的实际不完全吻合。例如，某个阶段有的学科难度大，作业多，这样计划中的常规学习时间就会增加，而自由学习时间就会减少。计划中的学习任务就可能完不成。再如，有时集体活动比计划估计的多，占用了较多的时间，也会影响学习计划的落实等等。所以，为了保证计划的实现，在订计划时必须留有余地。否则，在实施过程中受到冲击时，会因没有办法调整而使计划落空。时间长了，就会对订计划的必要性产生怀疑而不订计划，成为无计划行事了。

(6)经常对照，及时调整。

计划订好之后，要贴在显眼的地方，经常对照，检查自己的执行情况。如果完成任务很轻松，余地较大，可以考虑进度加快一点。如果没有按计划完成任务，要分析是什么原因，对症下药，采取措施。必要时可调整计划，降低标准，减慢速度，使计划切实可行，为学习服务。

时间运筹的原则

制订一份学习的时间表也有一些基本的原则。下面是所有的学习时间表都适用的一些总的原则：

消除无所事事的时间。

使每一小时都变成富有成效的时间单位，我们一生中有些最重要的功课往往是在不到一小时的时间内学到的。利用白天时间。研究结果证明，白天学习一个小时等于晚上学习一个半小时。

背诵型课程在课前要进行复习。

一门要求背诵或讨论的课程，在上课前复习会有很大的好处，这样做，可以使你对所学的材料记忆犹新。讲座型课程可在课后温习。对于一个讲座课来说，最后马上复习笔记，可以帮助你加深理解并记住讲课内容。

按事情的重要性排先后次序。

把首要的事排在首位，你就肯定可以把最重要的事准时做好。避免过多的细节。在一周的时间表中排入过多的细节是浪费时间。
